Great salesman, good prices but when it comes with returns they take it personal. Bought a great stove a pair of washer and dryer and a fridge. Well the fridge went bad after nine days of use. They did offered to fix the item but I refused. Something that has been in my house for less than a month it should work find,but it not happened. Now that I just want to returned the fridge they are.charging me delivery for they own broken product, plus in their own schedule. With that said what a customer service they have. This will be the last time Ill shop in thee family own business. No consideration to a customer in distress.

I have had nothing but the best service and products from this store (have dealt with them since they were on RR Blvd.) and have asked my kids for an item from here as a gift for Christmas. Experienced, knowledgeable, and more than helpful owner. Would recommend most highly.

Website says free phone estimates bit when you call they tell you the only way to give an estimate is after a tech looks at it and that will be $69 paid upfront. Not sure where the free or phone part is.
