Worst customer service ever! Amber was rude called me names and lied to my husband and myself. The technician told me my appliance was working and when it wasnt I called and the tech Scott said he never said that. I was told I would be getting a refund for the part I paid for that did not fix my issue, that did not happen either. We were told the owner was going to personally look at our issue and instead he told my husband "be my customer or go to Lowes." I will be going to Lowes! I can not say one good thing about my experience.

extremely displeased with the tech that came out to look at my washer that was giving an error code about the draining process and he refused to listen to me when I tried to tell him how the issue happens instead insists he knows what he was doing by reading a manual ...... and when I asked if it makes the error code what would happen then and he couldnt answer my question ! Do not use this company waste of time and money !!

Dont ever buy a part and open it and not need it or it be the wrong part because they wont return it even though it was never used. 30 dollar loss.. Will never do business there again.
