They sell mostly repaired broken appliances, not as much used appliances. I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer, when I asked if they wanted to buy back my fridge that was only dirty the sales person said I would get more money selling it for $100 on craigslist. I get the fridge delivered which I was told would take 1 day ended up being a week. The gentleman who delivered was the nicest person I was in contact with, but doesnt understand how un-customer friendly the companies business model is. I did not trust the filter that was in the fridge since I knew the fridge was not old, I was told the fridge probably fell off a truck and thats why it was there. It was missing pieces, and unless you put pressure on the doors after closing it will get warm. Once I purchased a water filter for it, I went to the back to turn on the water and noticed its list of repairs. It was a broken fridge someone returned, and their non factory certified people replaced some parts. After water was on noticed it was missing a vital part to its main function in the freezer area, at this same time the washer had a problem. Once again the kind delivery man, came and picked the fridge up and left a loaner which worked better than the $600 fridge we got. A week later we got our fridge back and it still had worn old gaskets on it, I figure ok ill have to spend $35 a door to replace them my self, but now its missing another part OF THE SAME SYSTEM IT WENT IN TO HAVE FIXED!!! the delivery person told me oh they should be able to mail that to you, then apologizes that its not there. I call the place ask for the piece and he says they will look and call me back well 2 weeks later (holidays) I decide to call them back, and he says I have to drive all the way down there for 1 piece because they dont do shipping and the delivery guy wont come down for that 1 thing. And my washer keeps having the same problems, but I have learned to repair it myself. My advice if you HAVE absolutely HAVE TO purchase something from this store is to get the cheapest thing possible, its not worth the time or money to spend the amount you would in a normal store for a fancy fridge to have a fridge that constantly needs babying and has problems. And their customer service sucks, how hard is it to spend $7 to have something shipped? How hard is it to call someone back? Tell the person they cant find the problem? I may try and sell the fridge on craigslist for the amount I purchased it for or a little less. Lesson learned, if Im going cheap Im going cheap cause you get what you pay for.

THEIVES AND LIARS WHO DONT PICK UP THEIR PHONE!!!!! Oh and they ARE NOT OPEN TILL 8PM ON WEEKEND. ABSOLUTE B.S. THEY LEAVE YOUR A** HIGH & DRY AFTER (NO CALLS, NO NOTHING) MAKING YOU PAY IN ADVANCE! IN MY CASE I bought A washer and dryer to come to my house this past WEEKEND only for these idiots to realize at the time of delivery that the dryer they brought to was BROKEN!!! and that they needed to fix it "in-house".HUH? HOW DO YOU NOW CHECK THIS SH** BEFORE DELIVER THINGS?????!!!!! I work 12 HOUR DAYS, I SPECIFICALLY MADE DELIVERY ON SATURDAY THE 16TH ONE WEEK AHEAD OF TIME PEOPLE SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH WEEK DELIVERY B.S!!! Instead, JORDAN theyre delivery guy brought the broken dryer to my house and then PROMISED ME HED BRING IT BACK - FIXED - MONDAY AT 7PM SHARPM.... WELL MONDAY PAST - NOTHING... NO CALL, NO UPDATE NOTHING. Meanwhile Im rushing my ass to home to get to these. Then I speak to some guy on TUESDAY is SOOOOO SORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEM and promises someone will come on Tuesday with the dryer , that THEY DIDNT CHECK TO MAKE SURE WAS WORKING BEFORE THEN BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE. and would be there by 6:30. ONCE AGAIN, NO ONE SHOWS UP, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, NO ONE CALLS TO TELL ME WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, BUT BE DAMN SURE, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY UPFFRONT AND THEY DONT TAKE CREDIT CARD. THEY ALSO DO NOT ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. SO AS FAR AS iM CONCERNED THEY ARE THEIVES AND THE BBB AND DEPT OF FOOD & AGRICULTURE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THESE BASTARDS!! RETURN MY MONEY FOR MY DRYERS! LYING BASTARDS.

Let me start by saying I did not choose to buy from this place - my mother bought a fridge and stove from this place as a gift for my wife and I for our home that we purchased. If I would of known that my mom was buying from this place I would of told her to save her money. Honestly I have lost so much money in food from this thing (more than the fridge was purchased for). Ill start with the pros and move to the cons: Pros: Cheap, Cheap and Cheap in price (there is reason for it though). The stove - even though it was banged up a bit, has worked so far (4 months or so). And they gave me the right adapter for my a/c power plug for no extra charge. Cons: No REFUNDS!!! (Stay clear of any place that has no refunds as a policy), The other thing is they say they have a 6 month warranty on their items sold - but be careful - they will not come to you to pick it up if you chose to pick it up rather than pay for delivery. Even if you live less than 10 miles away. If you chose pick up - you have to come to them and bring the appliance each time. So if its a fridge - you lose all the food you had (mine has broke twice now). Next is delivery cost $40 and another $40 if they need to take off your front door or if the fridge is being placed in an inconvenient spot for them. I dont know what Im more frustrated with - my mom for buying without doing research or them for knowingly selling faulty appliances and getting away with it.

I bought a refrigerator from them five months ago, and Im happy with my purchase (kind of). Im really not sure what some of these reviews are talking about. One person says they dont take credit cards; they took mine. Another says 90 day warranty? I got a 1-year. My only complaint is the fridge I got makes kind of a high pitched whirr when its making ice, but Ive never called them to fix it (its such a minor problem). So its more my fault for not asking them to repair it, not their refusal. Flash forward to today when my dryer is having a minor issue with a simple plastic switch. The clerk there didnt try to convince me I needed to buy a new dryer, or try to charge me to have them haul it in and repair it. She said "We could do that, but I sell the switches for like $15-20, and my guys can show you how to install it yourself really simple, and that will save you money." Most places wouldnt do that; theyd try to get as much sales out of me as possible. Their stuff is all scratch-and-dent, mostly repair jobs and its not fancy high end. But if youre on a tight budget, their prices are great. And if you need something in a pinch, these guys are pretty decent.
