I wish I had an undercover video to show the boss at Morgan after the crew delivered my refrigerator because THEY WERE SO AWESOME when they thought nobody was watching! Careful through the challenges my house posed and did extra to insure safety. It was like they had their own language and knew what each other were thinking. Very smooth. I didnt know all the skill involved in parts, tools, disassembly and assembly to get to the final set up. I have used appliances from Morgan Appliances for over 10 years so its about time I thanked them not only for the great value, products, and money saved, but for professional delivery in a world where people dont always care that much.

I just got my new range delivered. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Took my old range away at no charge and installed new one in no time. Went there to buy a refrigerator, was greeted with a smile. I asked about a few different models and was told the pros and cons of each. (Very knowledgeable staff) They had a price I couldnt say no to. Definitely will recommend them to anyone I know.

They were supposed to replace my dryer with a comparable one and instead delivered one from the 80s. That stopped working after the third load. The store calls me and argues with me over the phone and then blows off the replacement delivery.

They will low ball you..deny one any benefit of the doubt...lazy..incompetent...furthermore they had offered me 30 dollars for the same machine they were selling for 250 dollars...bunch of crack heads if you want my honest opinion.
