I am an existing Verizon customer and have been pleased with their product and service, so my family decided to upgrade two of our phones for Christmas. I went in to the store today and purchased a new LG V10 and IPhone 6. Dave Byrd provided exceptional service. He went out of his way to explain the products to me and to get me the best deal possible. He spent a LOT of time explaining features and prices to me and made sure I was 100% comfortable with my choices. He is very personable and is very fun to be around! Hi manager, Matt, was also an asset when explaining the features of the various products they have. In addition, my car would not start after I left the store, and Matt went out of his way to drive me home!! It is very rare to find people who will provide this level of customer service. I just moved to the area and found this Verizon store very convenient for my family because is near to my house and I was surprised with the Great Service there, NO LINES, the store is open everyday, I got a great deal on two phones and they also helped me to get an awesome deal with FIOS, so now me and my wife we are so happy to have new cellphones and the home service.

This place is horrible we got an iPad that didnt work!! They wont take care of it beware!! These people dont care if your stuff works or not its not even activated and they wont fix it. My husband sat up on three different occasions nothing was done. The owner said I want to look at it. Sent us on a wild goose chase for one of there damaged items!!!

Beware. Thinking of buying a new phone? They sell used phones and tell you they are new. They even have it packaged as if new. ITs NOT !!! I went to Apple store and they verified that the phone I bought less than a year ago at this store was actually purchased over 3 years ago by someone else.

The new owners of the Fishhawk Verizon Wireless TCC Store certainly turned things around! From the new store renovations to how they approach/treat their customers...I wouldnt want to do business anywhere else! Ben was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy!

Best customer service seems to be the closest thing to a corporate store without having to drive far. Love this store all reps are great they know their stuff and are not there to take your money. Its a no pressure zone one of the best atmospheres.
