Horrible! They not only lost one customer, they lost my whole family. What a run around I got to exchange or return a charger. I ended up calling Verizon to get a credit and buy what I needed. Even the store manager couldnt figure out how to use the system to exchange or return. I think she was obviously a liar, making the customer out to be the fool. I will never come back to this store! They didnt even suggest another option. I went in within the 14 days return policy and had to go back 4 times, once my son even went. I hope they dont last in this location long and end up with new owners again! Totally worthless place to go.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant my experience here was. In a time when customer service seems to be low on businesses priority list, I felt welcome and not pressured. Levina was very helpful and friendly, and I feel as though she genuinely took the time to find me the best deal on my new iphone 7. I actually ended up SAVING money with a new phone! If youre from the area, you cant beat Verizons coverage and you wont feel pressured to purchase something you dont want or need!

Under new Management! Thank goodness. I came in for tech help with my Galaxy phone a few months ago, and was tried to be convinced to buy a tablet and a new phone buy the unprofessional staff. I came in on Valentines Day this year to sign up for the new unlimited plan and the NEW manager was sweet and friendly. She really seemed to know what she was doing. Hats off for firing the old manager! a change for the better to be sure
