I shall declare a three star as in regards to the ever so hard workers of the Staples on Silver Springs. The quick minded and ever so lovely associates ensure my day is overwhelmingly phenomonel. My joy and endearment as in regards to this company have henceforth been a dream. Teeth and glee are evident among the throngs of diversity that have graced their presence upon this ever so lovely location. Laughter is among just a single emotion I feel hence in the environment. Consequently, my dear fellows, there is a dark cloud drowning, quit frequently, among the happiness. A lady of larger quantity, grey shines her features. Quite literally. A manager, one who disarms her lesser man with nothing but disgust. The lady, whom Ive witnessed, stroll liezurely through the lazarinth on her cellular device, ignoring the pleas and outcrys of fellows men of likewise status. This manager, if that is what she will be considered, Ive see, flaunting and stalking a black shirted fellow. This lad seems to have an ever so present endearment towards her, one that shines itself after sexual intercoarse has exchanged, seemingly in between the demands of her career as if its a hinderance to her sexual pleasure. My dears, this palace of a company could become ever so much more, nay, an empire, if ever this grey lady of the management was removed. She had nothing but a pessimistic, antagonist, villianist atmosphere that clouds even the clearest of minds. Staples of this road, the road of Silver Springs, dont dwell upon old failures and failing leaders, fight onward to ensure that nothing but the finest jewels beheld can present thyself upon your shores. Be brave! This queen should be demoted to nothing more than a serf. A loyal customer has henceforth been lost, set out to look onward for a shiny jewel, a jewel that has been stolen by nothing less than a wretched management decision.

I used to come here to get prints made every few months. Not anymore. Dont expect to be helped in the copy/print department because they could care less about you. I usually have someone there do my prints for me, but as soon as I asked they told me I couldnt be helped and I would have to do the prints myself on their 25 cents a minute computer, I did as they said and I got three of my eight prints that were the wrong size. I asked for a refund for the prints since I didnt get them all and they were the wrong size. They only refunded me for the ones that didnt print. The thing that irks me the most is that they didnt even OFFER to fix it. So I left with prints I didnt want and I still had to pay for them.
