Poor Customer Support! 2 days later..still no returned call as promised! My question was this. I bought an ATRIX on 8/10/11. I have 30 days to take it back. I see you have it today for $0. I wanted to do a price match over the phone so I didnt have to drive 45 miles and return the phone and rebuy it. What I will do now is drive the $45 miles return the phone and rebuy from AT&T that is 2 blocks away and never set foot in Best Buy agaian! Im done! If I spend 1 more minute of my life dealing with Best Buy then Im and idiot! Wow! Totally amazing. I have been on the phone just trying to talk to anybody for 33 minutes. I have heard that same message what seems like 100 times. Service is terrible I had 2 make 2 extra trips. About 45 miles. Once the girl sold me the wrong battery for a $600 camera I bought there. Next I had a return but they couldnt do it because there return system was down. So I had to drive back the next day. I have a simple question I would like to ask now but can not get anyone to answer phone. Now I have been on hold for 42 minutes. Once it rang and I thought I had gotten through..... but no.... it rang about 30 time and nobody answered. Unbelievable! Understand, I love Best Buy and will go to many other Best Buy stores and buy on line from them as I have for years. Its simply this store.Whoever is running it doesnt have a clue. I hope he/she reads this and tries to call their own store as they were a customer. Good Luck! Best Buy is awesome but this store is horrible. You are a complete idiot if you buy from them. Buy it online. 51 minutes of trying now. Im done! I wish I could give them a negative rating. Never did hear a human voice. This was my review I wrote. Let me now update that. I started at 7:33 pm est it is now 10:16. I am waiting on AISHA from the call center in tx to call back. I have been on the phone with best buy this entire time until about 15 mins ago when I ask them to have AISHA to call back.I have waited another 15 mins on her. Honestly dont even bother to contact me. I have never in my life encountered such poor customer service. I just cant write enough to explain to you how irritated I am. Please call the Ocala store. Thats how this started. Call them in the evening like i did 7:33 pm. Again I have bought from Best buy for years and have never run into this. Live and LEARN. I cant stand any more. Just got off the phone with the call center in Texas. Good night!!!!! 10:55 pm

My best friends recent experience: "I need to vent... By now basically everyone has heard of the Samsung galaxy note 7 recall, well my husband and I have these phones and getting the replacement has been a nightmare! When the recall first started we were told that we have to contact the retail store that we got the phones from, so I was on the phone with Ocalas lovely Best Buy call waiting... For an hour... Just for a rude salesperson to pick up and tell me "we dont have any yet" *click* Well damn, tough luck if I had any more questions. I called a few more times during the next week or so, waited though the lovely hold music for no less than 30 minutes, just to be told the same thing with no resolution in sight. Finally Samsung sent out a notice that all retailers should have replacements by Sept. 21st. On the 21st we go into Best Buy to get our new phones, oh wait, "did you call and reserve a replacement?" Youve got to be f@%$ing kidding me, out of the multiple times Ive called no one thought to mention a reservation list! This is ridiculous but fine how long is the wait, ok only 2-3 days (per the manager) and we will call you when they get in. Today is the 30th, still no phone call, hubby is off work early so lets stop by. They check, nope our reservation phones havent come in yet. By this time Im a little annoyed but I can understand since this was such a huge recall. I tell the salesperson that my phone has started getting really hot when I charge it so I want to go ahead and get an interim phone while we wait on ours to come in. "Oh we only offered that for a day." Now Im pretty ticked off, it clearly states on their website that an interim phone is offered (Ive attached a screenshot). He talks to the manager "sorry no we are not offering that anymore and it shouldnt be on the website." We pull up the website and show it to him and he goes back to the manger. When he comes back his exact words are "ok we will exchange your phones with the S7 but if your Notes dont come in within 14 days you will be STUCK with the S7." OMFG! That is not what the website states, that is not what the constant emails and text messages from Sprint and Samsung states! We left with our possibly explosive phones. After we get our replacement phones I will no longer be doing business with Best Buy, I have spent well over $10k in that store alone but they will not get a penny more from me."

In February this year (2010), I purchased a new LED 46" 240 hz. Samsung TV. Justin the young man who assisted my wife and I in purchasing the best TV, was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We anticipated the firmware updates including Netflix. I spent 1.5 hours with Samsung and after one tech support and two customer service reps (highest level response), I was finally informed that Samsung had no intention of making that Model NetFlix capable. They offered no assistance and only gave an address to write! RIGHT! After dealing with the real culprit, Samsung and getting no help whatsoever, I called Best Buy, in Ocala back to see if they could offer any assistance. I spoke again with Justin and to his manager, Phil, in TV/Multimedia sales. They were very helpful to correct this and offered more excellent assistance. Ive worked for Radio Shack and Comp USA years ago and I know when Im truly being helped or duped! These guys are good! Maybe the person in returns needs an adjustment or two in the behavior department, but after reading these negative comments below, I thought anyone considering Best Buy in Ocala, FL should know my experience as well. Go and judge for yourself just how good or bad this store is! I, for one will highly recommend this store to everyone. Ken LaBrie

I purchased a 700 touch screen radio. I knew what I wanted, yet it took a half hour to get helped, and I was helped by one sales associate and one geek squad person. Neither one offerred me free instalation, and the only reason i know the product came with free installation was because I went online to look for subs and an amp, and I saw my unit with free installation when I was on there. In fact they quoted me $100 to install it. So I ended up paying my brother when it should have been free. Now I am trying to get speakers, well online they offer an alpine with an amp and installation for 389.99, but it shows unavailable unless you purchase each piece individually. So here I am trying to call now to see what the deal is, and after 5 times of callin and bot even getting a person to talk to, I am here writing this review. After spending 700 on a touch screen unit, and looking to spend around 500 more on speakers when its all said and done, I am extremely disappointed with customer service. I will not buy anything else here now, and I will recommend nobody else do either. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Meanwgile the guy who grabbed my unit for me, I am sure made commission even though all he did was get a ladder ang grab my product. I will be telling everyone about the lousy service here
