I used to really hate Wal-Mart. In fact I made it almost 2 yrears with out going in one. Anyway I did come back and I have to say it is not that bad. They are doing much better. A deli associate made me quite sad today but Im over it. I really wish that deli workers would show a sence of urgency when there are customers to be waited on. It was early Sunday morning. Very few customers there. I walked up to the deli counter and the lady just kept on working at a VERY slow pace I have to say. Then she yelled without looking up Ill be there in a few minutes. This is so unacceptable. Really? My husband had been in another department and walked up to speak to me and I still had not been waited on. He even recognized that I had been there a very looonng time. Then I had to wait on my order. I really wish I had timed how long it took. Without any exaggeration Im sure I was there 20 minutes or so. She didnt say sorry for the weight and I dont think she said thank you. But a random employee did ask me if I needed help finding anything and the cashier was great. Much better than the Food City workers. Much better. Even the Deli experience was better than trying to get anyone to help you at Food City.

Update: Walmart just called me to see if they could help resolve this issue. They really do care! Biggest complaint is the general apathy of all Walmart employees. More specific, yesterday used my sister tried to use my check card. My deposit was not posted yet so the card was declined. Took her a while to figure out the problem. She had requested $100 cash back. When she had to use her check card, the cashier did not take off the $100 cash back nor did she give my sister the $100. Now we need to argue to get the $100. Cross your fingers they will be honest and the cashier did not pocket the $100. Also bought some propane. Ask the cashier to have someone meet us at the propane rack. Cashier told my sister to get someone from the garden center to help her. My sister told her the garden was closed and requested someone be paged to meet her. When we got to the propane rack, the garden center was closed and we had to call to get someone to meet us. Just a routine trip to Walmart. No matter how poor the service or treatment, the prices keep people coming back and Walmart knows it so there it nothing to encourage better service.

This use to be a good Wal-Mart but not anymore. They are never stocked good during the day & evening. You see employees stocking but lots of items not stocked at all. Check items as you choose them for cuts because I have found several things cut open especially in groceries because the employees use box cutters & apparently pay no attention to cutting things open. Most of the cashiers are rude & very slow especially the women. If you hate your job that bad then find a new one. They act like they have all day....you might but us customers dont so please pick up the pace people. Bathrooms are usually dirty especially the front one. Check items closely because I bought a pack of pantyhose & had to bring them back...They were wrong side out & had been worn & obviously brought back & not checked & put back on shelf & I ended up with them...believe me I let the service desk know about it!!

Attention Walmart shoppers. This is the place to be. Im a commercial driver and I see Walmart all over the United States. If I could give this one 10 Stars I would. I do believe that all future managers at Walmart should be mandatory training at this location for 2 weeks on how to keep a store clean neat and even the exterior is perfect 10 Stars unbelievable. PS I start to lose faith in Walmart every once in awhile because I come to some pretty nasty ones. But this one makes me feel right at home good job.

Whay can you say about Walmart. The mens room is disgusting, but it is not thr stores fault. The problem with Walmart is the customets have completely forgot about being courteous, they dart out from the sisle wothout looking and completely ignore the fact that they hit you woth their cart. I avoid going as much as possible because people are very rude and I dont want to subject my family to a total lack of manners by fellow customets

Friendly folks I went in today I went to rent a movie out of the red box and happened to see one of the coin game had been left unlocked I didnt want want to see the the independent owners loose money so I got a sale attendant to go to to machine with me to show what I had found the folks didnt even say thank you can you believe that

I was very happy to see how well they managed to change their order for Black Friday and get people straight in, and straight out. I am very impressed by the service versus years prior being just Terrible. Also having bought a TV and going around back took hours last year, and maybe 20 mins. This year. Very impressive.

very hot! i burn up everytime im in this store. i go in, get what i need & get out! i do not take time to look or shop around because its always 80+ degrees inside. almost every time i check out the cashier is sweating or fanning themselves. its just simply way to hot inside this store!!

The BEST Walmart hands down! Employees are very helpful and polite. The store is always always clean! Great signage throughout the store. Lighting makes it easier to see everything. Pharmacy has awesome employees! The parking lot has rows labeled and bright, and feel safer with cameras.

Its Wal-Mart, what can you really say? Most of them are the same. Lots of merchandise at moderate pricing, masses of people trying to save $.25 on laundry detergent, and the staple of all Wal-Marts: generally apathetic and far less than knowledgeable associates. Two stars.

Because this WalMart is in VA and close to the TN state line, the taxes are cheaper. This store is also right off the interstate. It is ALWAYS packed. Very nice, big store. Just too many people. Parking spots are hard to find.

Its a good store, but the staff could use some help! Sometimes you have a long wait, sometimes you have hateful or rude or snotty employees to work with, and sometimes you go in there and everything goes smooth.

Good selection in most departments. Be sure if you buy something in a box to check and make sure the item is in it. There are a lot of thieves that shoplift in this store. Also customer service is terrible.

Looking for a pair of beats headphones for my son for Christmas, ask the gentleman if they were in stock and was told "I dont think so ". He wouldnt even open the cabinet to check for me. ...pitiful

Service was terrible, had to remake my hamburger twice. Dining area was so nasty & half the drinks were empty, all while the 2 employees (1 being a member of mgmt) stood around playing on their phones.
