Today I called Computer Systems, Unlimited to ask about a problem I was having installing a new toner cartridge in my wifes printer. Amber answered the phone. I described the problem and she invited me to bring the printer in so she could examine it. I brought it in and she fixed the problem in about ten minutes. No charge. We have been doing business with them for years, and will continue to do so. Ironically, we had bought the printer itself years ago from somebody else. They were under no obligation to support the printer at all.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went here to get a broken part on my laptop replaced. Without informing me, they replaced it with a heavily dented, used part rather than a new one. I understandably complained, but all they offered to do was to put back on the original broken part. I feel upset and deeply disrespected.

I have used their help on a number of occasions and they have always been helpful, friendly, and honest. At one point they came to my house to solve a printer problem that I could not solve. I am so glad they are nearby.
