there install work sucks sorry I had a remote start /alarm installed on my car several years back and from the start it never worked right I called them up a week after it was installed and decribed what was wrong they said they didnt have to look at it made me very upset so I took it to another audio shop and they found out there was 3 major things wrong with it the installer didnt hook it up right the sad thing about it I paid Litchfield radio $349.99 for the install and then they mistreated me and I had to pay the other audio shop $75.00 to fix the problem Im sorry but they wont ever get my service again

Had them install an auto start a year ago and hasnt worked since. Took it back 3x for them to say nothing is wrong, maybe someone disconnected the battery. Took to a reputable company who removed it and said whoever installed it did not know what they were doing. Several wires had been cut. Cost me another $399 for a new auto start and had to get a new battery too, worth it though because this one works! I would not recommend Litchfield Radio at all. I give them a 0 rating.

BigD u got it all wrong, when i was in there with my sister no more than a week ago i got top knotch service. they gave me personal insight on how to hook my subs and amp to the stock speakers. my system works like a dream. i would recomend Litchfield Radio over Best Buy! BigD u aint so big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
