I bought my 7 year old autistic son a tablet with warranty after the employee assured me if there was any issues I would bring to store and they would repair or replace at the store I did not want to deal with the hell of mailing in Im still waiting on a gift card from Walmart since April. Well after 2 months his tablet stopped charging and it has his talking app on it. I take it to the store and Im given a # to square trade in told I haft to call them and mail it off if they would of been honest up front and said that I would of never purchased from them. I went to Best Buy got my son a new tablet same day cheaper price and they fix or replace right there in the store. Will never buy from Staples again.

NO stars. How does this store stay open??? I went in to purchase a Toshiba tablet for my granddaughter, willing to drop at least $115 for the purchase. None were in stock, then I was told that it couldnt be ordered that it wasnt available online. So my thinking is....why was this item still on display or at least why wasnt it marked "Out of Stock"? Also checked for a file holder that hangs on the wall...$25???? For Plastic???? Then they wonder why Amazon is taking over...even with shipping I got it for less than $20.

Worst store management I have ever run in to. The company fails their employees by sending out coupons on items that they have sold out of. From there, the store manager handled the issue terribly telling me that there was nothing he could or would do and treated me and my business with contempt. I will never set foot in this store again. Staples has lost my companys business by hook and crook advertising and extremely poor management.

I had a laptop held for me at this store that I paid for online. When I arrived to pick up the laptop, customer service Dept didnt even know where it was at. They had to call the store manager and he had to locate the laptop. It was then, here ya go, now get outta my face, was pretty much the attitude I received! Never will be back in this store, ever!

Its the worst place I ever been across and staff goes well with it, so unprofessional. Ill rather drive 30 minutes to go to a staples where I know Im going be helped. PLANT CITY STAPLES SUCKERED and by the way Im not even giving them a star Ill give them 00000.
