THE PERSON THAT DID THIS REVIEW HAS THE WRONG SHOP. WE DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER FOR THIS PERSON. WE ARE A LOCAL FAMILY OWNED FLORIST HERE IN JACKSONVILLE FL, AND I TRANSFER THE PHONE AND ANSWER IT 7 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS PERSON AND I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT GOOGLE TO EXPLAIN, BUT WAS UNABLE. SINCERELY LINDA This people stole my money ($117.97), when you want to do a claim by the phone they never answer the call in customer service, when you call the answer machine it says "leave your message" and never return your call because no one answers the phone. Ive been trying to contact someone but impossible and this is my first time doing staff like this. Maybe they are good doing deliveries but horrible to return money.

I placed an order for my sisters birthday on 4/4/14. I called around and every flower shop in Jacksonville FL. was closed and the last number I called it was Linda (the owner), answered the phone and I asked her if they can still deliver she said they were closing but she will get it done for me. The order was placed and the flowers were delivered an hour later. My sister was very happy and I was very pleased with everything. Linda saved my relationship with my sister. SO BEFORE YOU CALL ANY FLOWER SHIP OUT THERE, CALL LINDA FIRST!!! They got me as customer for life!

I placed an order today. Linda (one of the owners), was very patient with helping me to choose the right gift. It was received on time and delivered by a courteous gentleman. The garden I ordered was arranged in a beautifully decorated bowl. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. I telephoned Linda to thank her for doing such a great job with the order and told her she has just found a new customer who is delighted to share her experience! Highly recommended!

I ordered flowers for my mom online at around 3 AM and she received them about 10 AM on the same day. The arrangement was beautiful and the smile on my moms face makes me want to give this place a 10 star review! Great prices, great people, great flowers. Will definitely order from them again!

Very good selection at a great price! We needed to get a bouquet of flowers for a girls recital at the last minute. She was closing at the last minute and waited for our grandson to make a selection. The roses were in perfect condition and looked beautiful.
