I recently ordered flowers for a relatives memorial services. The picture that I viewed of the flowers delivered showed a lovely arrangement and was what was ordered. However, I gave a clear budget amount of $75. I was charged the amount, plus delivery fee (not disclosed at time of order) and of course, tax on top of my budget. I did call and complain of the overage, and the lady I spoke to said it was a "miscommunication" and she did refund the delivery charge, but did not discount the arrangement to bring to the budgeted amount. I feel if a shop is given an X amount, then that is the amount. Not $15+ more. It was irritating and off putting.

I drove from Lehigh Acres to Naples to pick up some beautiful flowers for my spouse for our 5 year anniversary and take to her work as a surprise.The hours are posted open until 5pm, I arrived at 4:35 today and they were closed. By the time I looked up another flower shop they all closed at 5, therefore I wasnt able to get any flowers. Surprised ruined.

FABULOUS FRUIT BASKET!!! It was filled with oranges, bananas, apples, pears, a large pineapple, mixed nuts, dried apricots and pistachios. Nicely packaged in a wicker basket. Beautiful and so healthy!
