I ordered online and tried to follow up by phone the next day. No one answers either line listed. The voice mail message was from Memorial Day it is June 17th. I left a message and no one called back. I attempted calling a few hours latter and the message was changed to "we are closed for the 17th " .....and my card was charged. Awful. Do not use this service. Highly unprofessional. I called another device and was taken care of live and promptly with great satisfaction.

I called in and asked for an arrangement for my moms birthday and it was ready within about an hour and a half, It was just what I wanted. Wonderful customer service and in a very convenient location. Please consider this place if you need flowers.
