I have ordered from Independence Florist a few times over the past several years----I was always satisfied, UNTIL NOW! I recently placed an order for a basket of flowers to be delivered to a funeral service, which I attended. Wow was I shocked to see the small basket of flowers that was delivered...when I upgraded to what they termed as "BREATHTAKING"...the only thing that was breathtaking was my disappointment and shock. I spent the extra money to make this a special arrangement for a family that is very important to me. I did email the florist---but am yet to receive a response---no surprise here. I will never order from this florist again or recommend them.....they deserve NO STARS!

Used them for my wedding; I would not recommend them. The most disappointing part was when I walked into the reception hall to find that the flowers I had chosen to put on the cake where already wilted. The corsages and boutonnières kept falling apart throughout the day along with the groomsmen’s boutonnières which had wilted in just a couple of hours. It would have been nice to have been told that the flowers I had chosen where going to quickly wilt. I would have gladly picked something else to avoid such disappointment.

I normally use a different florist but went with Independence because it was closer to my girlfriends employer. Anyhow after a 75 dollar charge on the "premium" package I upgraded to. My girlfriend received a pathetic wilted bouquet containing 4 roses and mainly carnations and a couple daisies. Upon seeing them in person I thought it was a joke. What was shown was NOTHING even remotely close to what she received. Would not recommend to anyone ever under any circumstances. Especially with the prices they charge.

the first time my flowers were delivered, i was not home and they left a note. i called to have them delivered to me in the morning. morning passed, and no flowers. Iicalled again several hours later and no one answered, so i had to wait until the NEXT day (2 days after i should have gotten them), in which case i had to call AGAIN. finally had the flowers delivered. cheap looking and dying already. do not use!

I needed a beautiful flower arrangement done last minute and Independence Flowers & Gifts saved me. The lovely woman who helped me, Nicole, knew just what to do. The flower arrangement was stunning and she did it right there for me in no time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Great service, wonderful fresh flowers, very affordable, and expert customer service and knowledge.

I called on St, Patricks day last minute to purchase my wife some flowers and get them delivered to her work. I gave a vague description of what I wanted, hoping that the experts would come through. The arrangement they delivered my wife was amazing! It had everything I imagined and more! Thank you so much for the great service and fast delivery!

Thank you for delivering the amazing flowers to my girlfriend. Ive always used those 1-800 websites but seeked a local florist this year. Your business out performed all the others in the past! I think the product you delivered looked better than the pictures on the site! I will be using your company for all occasions!

By far, the absolute worst Mothers Day flowers ever! Went to Teleflora & did not pick a cheap price, flowers delivered didnt even have water in the vase! Dont waste your money here, obviously dont care about customer service, no answer at the store & it was before 3pm on Sat. Truly a shame for my mother to see.
