The Independence location is outstanding. I walked into the store at 11:00 am on Christmas Eve and the ample staff members were hustling to serve everyone in a speedy manner. I did not preorder, so was pleased to find several premade arrangements to choose from. My mother loved it! Four days later I realized I lost my wallet on Christmas Eve. I desperately called in hopes they could trace the transaction so I could narrow down the time (my receipt was in the lost wallet). The salesperson Mark answered the phone and immediately jumped in to help. I was extremely impressed by his willingness to consult with a colleague and search the computer until he found it! This was a very pleasant experience!

I received a two dozen bouquet of chocolate strawberries from the Independence Ohio location on April 27, 2017. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of their products. Each and every chocolate strawberry was old and wilted. I couldnt believe Edible Arrangements would send out edible products which were already past the consumption and fresh date. This is my second time receiving old and wilted fruit from this company.

Sexist as f@=%. Went there was I was unemployed in response to a help wanted sign. They wouldnt give me a job application because Im a man. Also, in the past Ive used there service and for the prices they charge would have been better off doing it myself.
