I have used Coach House Floral for years as my personal florist, even though I live in SE OH. Rick Archer and his staff are 2nd to none. I saw the reviews that state they do not stand behind their product, and that is simply UNTRUE. In 30+ years, ONE TIME had a flowers sent to my sister that, when delivered, did not meet my standards. I called Coach House, spoke to them and the next day they took my sister another arrangement that was more than I had ordered the first time, AND apologized to her. You do not get that kind of service from substandard providers! Thank you Rick & Staff for striving for EXCELLENCE in every delivery! I highly recommend this florist.
