First time here, and never got a tour of the location, everyone was very rude except for one man who was nice enough to show me where the flowers are, and where the foliage was, everyone else was very rude, the cashier, the man who gives prices, everyone just minds their own business and dont help out new clients, I went to try and get a feel of all the wholesalers in Jax, and this company is definitely not someone Id like to give my money to, when I asked a man if they had any carts for me to put the flowers in so that I didnt have to keep going back and forth in the cooler, he said "no just put them on the table," didnt bother to ask if he can help, when I asked another man if he had any other roses that were the same color but shorter, I just got a rude answer "no thats what I have so thats the price you get" seems like this company doesnt need new customers because they dont care to give good customer service they act like they are doing us a favor.

I was just driving on Atlantic and Hodges where one of their delivery vans jumped a median, and cut me off. When I honked at the man driving, he flipped me off, so I returned the gesture. He followed me to the next light, exited his vehicle and made empty threats to me. At the next red light, he decided again to exit his vehicle, then make threats on my life, and slammed his hand on the hood of my car. The whole time I said nothing to this man, merely exchanged with him the same gesture he handed me. I called the office, and I was told that it would be taken care of, but was told to calm down. So, my apologies are extended to the man who was on the other end of the phone for my attitude with him. (I think his name was Mike.. he was very kind and handled my anger very well.. once again, Im sorry man) However, that driver is poorly representing this company and if I knew my employees behaved this way, I would terminate them IMMEDIATELY.

Very rude. I went into Pennocks to make sure I didnt need to do anything prior to picking up flowers with my host, and the man I spoke to ripped up sheets of paper right in front of me and stormed off several times when I was simply asking him prices of different flowers I.E.Anemones, snap dragons, garden roses. I felt very alarmed I was treated this way, so I left and called the manager. The manager was also very rude and did not apologize for his employee. Instead, acted like it was my fault for being treated poorly. I will never recommend anyone going to this arrogant place. Take your hard earned money somewhere else who will treat you with respect.

Orders were running a little late so I called the office and the manager was very nice and reassuring. The driver arrived shortly after and apologized for the delay. Everything was in order. Great place! Definitely using them again.
