I ordered a bouquet for my Mom for her birthday, it was the "deluxe" edition, and if I showed you pictures of what actually arrived you would be appalled. They informed me they "would go pick up the old order and replace it with a new one", now thats even more appalling. I figured I would give a local florist a chance instead of 1-800 flowers, and much to my dismay I was wrong, should have stuck with 1-800 flowers. Also, the website says "We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items", when I called I was defiantly less than satisfied. They put the "designer" on the phone, and she essentially in a few more words told me Im right, youre wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save your hard earned money and go to Giant Eagle, they have arrangements for $10 that would have been more satisfying to me. They then called me back to "defend" her floral arrangement and explain to me how 1-800 flowers works as if I am an idiot. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, and I WILL be letting everyone I know become aware of this.

I called them late in the evening yesterday asking if they could make a gift basket with fruit and chocolates for my boyfriend who was studying for the bar exam at the Cleveland-Marshall Law library. They said yes and said they could have someone deliver it to him first thing the next morning.I bought the cheapest basket so I really wasnt expecting anything special (based on my experience with some of the bigger companies). My boyfriend got it today and sent me pictures and a video of it. It was absolutely beautiful and he LOVED IT. It was nicely packaged and huge in comparison to what I would have gotten with a company like FTD for the same price. It also had a variety of stuff in it; fruits (bananas, apples, pears, and grapes), cookies, chocolates, chocolate covered pretzels, and wafers.I am SOOOO happy with them and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a Valentines bouquet with an additional box of chocolates for the 13th of February. Not only did they not deliver it, I called twice late in the day asking for the status. First they said (4:30) it would be on the next stop. Then at 5:30 they said they were handing the flowers to her (absolute lie!) She normally only works till 4:45 so she happened to be working late but she never got the flowers! They were all confused when I called, wrong name, etc. Never offered to waive the delivery fee or any other customer friendly incentive. Half the fun is getting the flowers during the day to admire them. The lying is even worse! BTW, the delivery was six blocks from their store in Downtown Cleveland! So much for supporting a local business. Will never use them again.

I asked for an arrangement to be sent to my son at his downtown corporate office who had just passed the bar. I requested a professional, manly, contemporary one that would include something exotic. I got a Mickey Mouse balloon attached to a bamboo rod with a green plant in a terri cotta bowl (plastic?) with one bird of paradise. If you can not do a request...be honest and refer your client to someone that can. You might get a return customer with honesty. I am so embarrassed to have something like that sent to a law office. Cost was not an option either. Mom

Feb 14, 2016. 9 PM. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend for Valentines day and took the time to call in advance. I left her phone number so that you could contact her if you had any issues. No phone call and no delivery. For a florist, this is probably the most important day of the year and you fell through. Ive given up being mad and to be quite honest Im just really disappointed. There is one day you cant mess up for your clients and you managed to do so. I hope other clients werent left with the same disappointing quality of service.

Im from out of state, and needed to order a bereavement plant arrangement for my relative at short notice. Kathy was professional, extremely helpful and sympathetic of my needs. She worked within my budget and created an arrangement that was simply beautiful. It was delivered the same day, my Aunt phoned me later that evening and was soooo appreciative....I felt that I was there giving her a hug. Thank you so much Kathy!!!! Great customer service, would give them business again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stop by and grab a bouquet thats a clear step above the grocery store level (and some a few steps above that). Havent tried their call-ahead special orders or delivery.
