If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I got on Creations By Lynns website, and I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my cousins birthday. My cousin sent me a thank you text that included a photo of the flowers. Needless to say it was NOT what I ordered. I paid extra money for larger flowers to be added (which were not added)-- total cost was over $65.00, and I added a balloon (which she never received) that was $4 or $5 extra. Grated I went with Creations by lynn because of the free shipping, however, I would rather spend the $12+ dollars at a credible florist than deal with this garbage again. After my cousin called me, I called the florist shop. Let me preface this, I was by no means rude.. I wanted to be kind so that they would rectify the pitiful floral arrangement they sent, and MAYBE credit me back the $5 for the balloon that was never delivered.. I spoke with a clerk, who was beyond rude, and she passed the phone to Lynn (the owner).. I explained to Lynn that not only did they spell the names wrong on the floral card (which she said she prints exactly what is sent to her.. She proceeded to spell out the card, and thats exactly what I typed, however thats not what was printed.. i will include photos in my next post), I laughed it off and told her we got a kick out of it, so not a big deal.. She then went into an excuse that the picture of the arrangement she was looking at was "pitiful" and "pathetic" so she ADDED extra flowers.. Ummm, there were ZERO large flowers added to the bouquet... It was tiny sweetheart roses and daisies.. I couldve gone to the local grocery store and selected a prettier bouquet for a heck of a lot less. Lynn then stated that she is extremely reputable, and she wanted to send 6 LARGE pink roses and a balloon to my cousin to make up for how unhappy I was with the display. I thanked her profusely and messaged my cousin to let her know another delivery was on its way!! My cousin sent me a video of the balloon literally 10 minutes later, laughing her butt off (because at this point we found this ridiculous and comical). The balloon string looked like it was mauled by a bear, and there were NO roses.. Just a balloon... I never called the florist back. I figured I would get on Yelp and post a wonderful review about my lovely service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish i wouldve gotten on and read other peoples reviews before ordering.. Its not worth the free delivery!! Lynn is very tacky, and her staff is rude. There are a ton of other "reputable" florists in the area.. Countryside has beautiful bouquets, just saying!!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for delivery before 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, the first viewing. I received a phone call Friday morning around 9:30 a.m. from some lady at their location stating that they didnt have any gladiolas for the arrangement, that they were very difficult to get in the winter. I asked why the particular item was on the website if they didnt have the necessary flowers. The answer was that she would have to look into it. Then she wanted to know if I would be willing to switch to a plant or a vase of flowers. I said the reason I ordered the standing display was to be a bit different. She then said she didnt know what they could do but that she would call the other store. I heard nothing more from them. The flowers did not arrive until about 2:30, half an hour after the viewing began. And the arrangement was not very well done. They replaced the gladiolas with carnations and what appeared to be daisies. There were several arrangements there with white gladiolas so obviously they arent that difficult to procure in winter as I was told. I tried to give a local business an opportunity. And they blew it. Ive ordered from 1-800-flowers for many, many years and never had a problem. One time with this organization and they mishandle the order from beginning to delivery. I dont feel the quality of the arrangement was worth the price I paid. Ive tried to call the Broadview Hts store several times and I keep getting a recorded message. I certainly cannot recommend this florist.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Ordered flowers for my husbands administrative assistant. They were to be delivered last Thursday to his office. They never arrived. Called on Friday only to have a frustrating conversation with the sales clerk who seemed to know nothing about the business. She didnt offer an explanation or solution. I asked for a refund, but of course she claimed to have no idea as to how to issue one. I asked her to have the manager phone me (of course she was unavailable). Ordered flowers from FTD to be delivered on Saturday (which were beautiful and on time). Received a phone call on Saturday from Lynns (the woman never identified herself, just launched into a conversation). Evidently the van had broken down, and she wondered if they could deliver the flowers on Monday, and "make it bigger." I replied that I had already gone elsewhere and at that point just wanted a refund. I finally saw it on my credit card statement today. I ordered from them because they were local, and offered free delivery in the area. Unfortunately, I will never use them again, and am kicking myself for not reading the most recent reviews of this business first.

Although the arrangements were beautiful, my matron of honors bouquet was not different as specified. The owner was flaky, never returned phone calls nor did she keep her word. She would always have an attitude, and made me feel like my money wasnt good enough for her! I did not receive my tossing bouquet. She ORDERED me to be ready at 4 for my delivery (my contract stated that they would be given to the correct people) and then delivered them well before 2 with out any notice or conformation of delivery. This displayed a complete lack of professionalism as well as furthering my complete lack of confidence in her ability to adhere to a contract and potentially derailing an event the requires strict adherence to the itinerary discussed in depth with this loose cannon on a number of occasions. I only went there because my florist closed and was passed on to this location. Brides beware! I would never recommend this place to anyone, the arrangements are not worth the stress of dealing with them. I had the constant fear of getting my flowers delivered because their lack of being able to read contracts, or their ability to make the proper notes.

Very disappointing experience with this shop. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a Friday locally to my MIL who lives in Broadview Hts. The arrangement was not delivered on the day I requested (I placed the order a full week ahead of time) and when I called to find out why the next day, I could not reach anyone. (Saturday morning) I left several messages that were not returned. Finally, I sent my mother up to find out why they werent delivered and no one had an answer. They couldnt even find my order information in their system! While on the phone with my mother, as she was at the shop, the owner found the arrangement in the cooler and explained it had not been delivered on Friday because it was after 5pm and all the orders didnt go out, so the driver just returned mine. I asked why it didnt go out first thing on Saturday. No one had an answer. We decided to have them give my mother the arrangement so I could hand deliver to my MIL and the owner said she would refund my money for the inconvenience. I never received a refund and the arrangement didnt look anything like how it was pictured online.
