Absolutely disgusting and rude. The man was disrespectful and refused to modify a bouquet that he suggested after he advised me that he was going to create it. I told him I wanted to spend $30 instead he turned around and made me a bouquet that I can go to Trader Joes and spend $9.99 for. He then raised his voice and got aggressive. Completely unprofessional and they should be evaluated by the better business bureau.
