Please have a store wide training class on how to bag customer groceries. I love this store, have shopped here since it opened and it is not the closest store to my house. My only complaint for the last 2 or 3 years are the people that bag the groceries. I bring my own bags that I have purchased though out the years. I must have 15 bags and every time I ask, Please do not make them heavy I have a lot of bags. The responses have been "I know how to do my job" and she proceeds to cram everything into 3 bags. The others have nodded and proceed to pack with no regard. Detergents and soaps in with vegetables. Cans on top of bread, chips or eggs. It is not just the people that bag, I have had some store managers helping out and they are worse. Other than this, the store is wonderful. I am kind of tired of the bagging problem. Your prices are not lower than the competition, the only difference is the competition seem to train their people on proper bagging techniques. My long time loyalty to your store is going to come to an end.

That staff are nice but the food selection is limited due to low traffic. They took away sushi and a lot of lunch options. Salads are very basic and not much taste. Try to check out the farmers market from local farmers at Coconut point once a week. They are great!

The bathroom is disgusting. And employee was in there the same time I was and did not clean up anything. Then he returned to work. Im sure he washed his hands however the bathroom was so dirty Im sure it did not make a difference.

Unhappy that dogs are not banned from this store. I get that service dogs are allowed, but I think it is disgusting that a pet can wander in the aisles where food is present. Please have your staff enforce the health codes

Replaced a SweetBay store about 1 year ago. I usually find some surprising specials. Good meat and fish assortment. Get a rewards card to take advantage of specials and earn money off gasoline purchased.

Not a bad experience... Had never been to Winn-Dixie before. Good location close to home. But it didnt blow me out of the water. I did get singed up for their rewards card. Saved $0.99 on my first purchase!

I have no idea how this store stays open. I never see anyone there. Very limited prepared foods (not unexpected since nobodys ever there). Staffs nice enough and its quick in and out.

Ordered cupcakes a day ahead and they werent ready by the time they gave me. I waited over an hour for them to just put frosting on 50 cupcakes.

Opening at 11 a.m on Suday? Too late. Hours state till 7 p.m.went last evening after working and they were closed at 6 p.m.!
