Well, its Cracker Barrel, but I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised here. Our party of six -- four adults (one in a wheelchair) and two children (one in a high chair), so not the easiest arrangement to seat, were quickly seated at the peak of lunch on a Tuesday. Our waitress took the entirety of our order in one visit to the table. I can only speak for my own food, which was the sirloin, medium, with side salad and loaded baked potato. The order was brought out by two staff in one trip, save for my salad. I mentioned it, and before we were all ready to dig in, the salad had been brought (and was one of the largest side salads Ive had outside of a buffet). When I order meat medium it usually comes out well-done. This one actually was medium, which is unusual for a restaurant to honor my request for "undercooked" beef. The steak was tender and juicy, and had a very good flavor in the crusties of the slightly burned marinade. The meat itself was okay (but I rarely find the meat itself to taste any different). The restaurant itself was one of the best Cracker Barrels Ive visited. Unreflective of the restaurant, our baby hurt herself by banging her face on the table (I dont know why she did this) and so I pulled her out to comfort her quickly. No less then three nearby patrons stopped on their ways out to wish her well, and this has never happened at any other restaurant weve visited in Jacksonville. I realize this is not the restaurants doing, of course, but theres something to be said for the people who are occupying the nearby area for home and work.

We visit Cracker Barrel 1-3 times a week. We have such great service, we decided to have our daughters birthday party there today, 7/16/16. Elisa C. was our server. We requested her for her exceptional service, amazing personality and professionalism and because we have become great friends with her. She set up the tables, served our party of 15 + with great effectiveness, positivity, and accuracy. She really made the party go smoothly. We enjoyed our food and had everything we needed so we could enjoy the celebration. It was the best choice we could have made to have the party in that location with our favorite server. She is the reason we go to the #341 store and she should be given kudos and compensation for her talent and hard work.

Worst service ever, ordered 4 to go meals, first I paid $2:50 for a lemonade and received a kids cup to go, was told that is the only size they have when you order a to go drink which is a rip off. When I got home I realize I only had 1 piece of fish, was told there are 2 fish dinners the one with the 3 sides come with 2 pieces of fish however when I placed the order I was never asked which fish dinner I wanted. Finally, I had no cornbread to go with my greens or bread for my other meals. Called to to make a complaint, no intention of going back, however, wanted to give an FYI to the manager, was on hold 30 minutes and manager never came to phone, so I just hung up. I will never order food to again. Very disappointed.

Really good. Reasonably priced, great desserts, perfect costumer service. Its important to note that they dont serve any alcoholic beverages! Alexis, our waitress, was good humored, patient (as my english is not fluent), and knew everything about the menu in details. We ordered apple and pecan dumplings (that was actually a H U G E pie with two H U G E vanilla ice cream scoops on top), that were simply amazing, ideal for sharing. We also had the all american apple pie that was a little less sweet, and much smaller. We went away happily!

The food at Cracker Barrel has gone down hill bad, you get a very small protein, i.e. cold, dry pork chop or small slice of pot roast covered with gravy in order to make up for its dryness and small size, then a lot of cheap veggies and breads to make it look like youre getting a lot. We tried to contact the corp. office and they wont return any of our requests, we even turned it over to the local BBB who too has a ton of complaints! Its seems like all they care about is their huge profits and not the customer anymore!

The food is ordinary with little real flavor. The staff was friendly but slow and not greatly helpful. Of the four of us, we all the food fine but it was really barely average. Of note, they still only offer the hard, wooden chairs with no padding. All of us were uncomfortable by the end. I have back issues so after about 10 minutes it was excruciating pain. I had to stand and walk around for the last 5 minutes before the food got there and again immediately after eating.

Theyre extremely busy here, but we didnt have to wait to be seated. The food came quickly too! (Surprise!) Ordered the mamas big brkfst - pancakes and eggs were good, but the turkey sausage.....GROSS! Ive tried it in other states and this just confirms that the turkey sausage is garbage. Tastes like nothing (flavor) and its nasty & rubbery. :-{ My utensils had "spots" on them; so, I wasnt comfortable until I received the cup of hot water to santitize them...quick fix!

I stopped here for breakfast. I asked for eggs scrambled with cheese but instead I received Runny scrambled eggs. Once I asked for replacement eggs, it took almost 15 minutes to get a replacement. Furthermore, I asked for some additional bottles of syrup for the table and they waitress brought out a single bottle, for 2 people! This place has really taken a dive. Service is poor, food is poor. Try another cracker barrel.

Prices went up for side items sweet patatos they charge extra now. Service at this location is very lacking gave it 3 chances poor service everytime. One of the three times my food came out raw after waiting almost 30 mins then it took almost 5 mins to get the waitress back to the table asked for manager who never came to the table. Just saying worst location out of all crackle barrels i have visited.

Could not have asked for a better meal or service. It is rare to be able to say that everything was PERFECT! The food was exactly as we asked for it and our waiter Robbie was so kind and attentive. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Ive been to a LOT of cracker barrels (its my fav!) and no one has come close to perfection like this one.

Oh how I dreamed about CB when I was out of the country! Im just returning to the states and we are here daily for about 5 days and the food was always splendid, hot, and prepared just as ordered. The wait staff was alway nice & pleasant! The store was always stocked with old time favorites and smell goods! I will definitely be going back soon!!

They are on their game at Cracker Barrel! Even tho they are slammed in the mornings (we love their breakfast, but everything is so good) they always manage to be friendly and the food is amazing! Love to shop in their retail store before I leave, I always find a beautiful shirt for myself, cool toys for the kids, and awesome home decor!
