They NEVER answer the phone, which is really important for those of us with pins and rods in our knees, legs, and ankles from being shot when in service in Iran. They refuse to acknowledge there are two kinds of customers: walk-in AND phone customers! During hurracaine Irma, it was easier for me to call rather than task my legs to just find out if they had water, but no one answered the phone for an hour of my calling, so I was forced to go to the store, which only had two cars in the parking lot and inside no one was at the counter and one employee was stocking shelves who could be answering the phone when it rings! I asked the manager why no one ever answers the phone and she, defensively, snarled, "you should have seen it two minutes ago". When I challenged her by saying, "I wasnt born yesterday", she angrily kicked me out of the store to wit I called her a "B" and she called me an "AH". The manager has poor managerial skills when she doesnt answer the phone during hurracaine preparations or, at least, allow her "stockers" to stop long enough to answer the phone to handle their phone customers. I realize part of the problem is most employees of Family Dollar come from a pool of undereducated populace, but whatever happened to the adage, "The customer is always right"?

Really dirty, but the employee was really nice, and professional. There were boxes stacked everywhere, nothing had order. The doorway to the bathrooms had trash and containers piling up and thrown back there. The ladys room was covered in soiled toilet paper, pads, tampons, and even a pregnancy test placed on top of a overflowing trash can located right next to a very dirty toilet. I actually felt very sorry for the pregnant woman working there.

Store is pretty new and was pretty messy. Items and paper, etc on floor. The wine needed to be restocked. A lady stocking the cold items was blocking the walkway and didnt move or even offer to when I approached, had to walk around the isle to get on the other side of her. HOWEVER, the lovely mom to be at the register was super pleasant and helpful when we were checking out. Very disappointed in the conditions.

I love this store. Its perfectly located in the neighborhood, without having to jump on major thoroughfares. The staff has always, and continues to be, courteous and helpful. Thanks

What a nightmare this location is...shelves/product in total disarray, open product/trash on floors,stock carts blocking access, check out issues.
