I worked with Mick and Jordan at this store and had the best customer service at any Verizon store Ive ever been to. They are not there to just sell you products. They work to make your Verizon experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I will definitely come back to this store for any Verizon need! Back again at this store.. I worked with Mark Pannell this time and had the same experience. Easy to deal with and not over pushy. They do their sales job and give you your options! Great place. My Verizon Home

I dont normally leave reviews but I just left this store and felt compelled to give Jordan a great review! He was awesome! He not only answered ALL of my many questions but he did so in a way that didnt make me feel stupid. He was full of great advise as well and genuinely cared about answering my questions and made sure I understood what Im doing with this new phone. I hope VZW TCC knows what a great employee they have in Jordan!

Canal Fulton TCC ROCKS! Cody & Mick very humbly put SERVICE before sales and provided excellent customer service gaining my trust and business for as long as they are in the cellular/tablet business. TCC sucks. Go to corporate Verizon or ATT. TCC lies. They offer fake promotions then dont stand behind them. They promised me a rebate then never sent it. Dont buy their insurance. They may go out of business
