This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a Verizon store. We usually go to the Fairlawn location and are never impressed with their customer service. The manager at the Norton location answered all our questions and then some, gave us a discount on our phone cases, and even put them on for us! Well be going here from now on.

Said case and screen protector where included with phone bundle. Why then was I charged $50.00 additional for an included bundle? They added phone replacement insurance without my knowledge or consent. Took forever to complete transaction with no review of charges. Beware of this store!

Being from out of town, was no problem for the staff. I had a problem connecting my LG Verizon tablet to the Internet and Amber took care of it. She also helped to extend my data usage plan adding 1 Gig at no charge to me. You have a problem see them!
