Take your business elsewhere... I went in the first day and got my phone screen repaired in an hour. The guy helping me was plenty nice. That evening I noticed that my home button was loose after the screen replacement, so I took it back to the store the next day to see if it could be adjusted. The original guy was there so I took it to him and asked for him to look at it, the friendly demeanor of the previous day was gone. He said there was nothing wrong with it. I showed him that it was loose, and he responded "it pushes down and activated the home page what else do you want it to do?". To which I replied "I just wanted to get it checked to make sure it didnt become a problem down the road". He handed my phone to another man and said "she doubts my work". This second man who later claimed to be the owner/manager had an extremely rude tone, on the verge of yelling the entire time he spoke to me, and when I asked him if we could calm down the conversation, he only got more angry. The story goes on, but in summation the service is rude and unhelpful after they have gotten their initial payment. They are unwilling to help and dont deserve new or repeat customers. Take your business elsewhere.

Very articulate gentleman by the name of Joe assisted me he was very attentive to my battery needs and helped me understand the true source of my problems instead of trying to con me into buying something I didnt need I love a store that truly still cares for the customer and I will refer everyone I know in my professional circle to this location keep up the greatness here

Another great experience at this store today! Joe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a highly energetic young man. I met Jim also and although he was not the one assisting me, he too was very nice. I got a battery for my fob as well as another special battery for a remote for my ceiling fan. I WILL go back! Called to the Winterhaven store to have them hold a warranty battery because Lakeland didnt have it in stock... BatteriesPlus website AND Lakeland said they had it.. Winterhaven Guy threw a total attitude said they didnt have it.. actually said "Hows the website know what I got in the store" ... REALLY!! IT"S YOUR WEBSITE!

Wonderful experience. I dropped off my call the get the screen replaced & 1 hour later it was done. So worth the price. Plus the two guys working were extremely friendly & helpful. They answered all my questions on products I have been interested in. I will definitely be back & refer my friends.

They fixed my broken iPhone 6 super fast! It was really bad too, and it had a terrible cracked screen and a broken display. They popped a nice new screen on in a few hours, and I picked it up the same day! Great place for phone repairs, and great place for batteries/bulbs.
