I had gone to this location 2 weeks ago and had the opportunity to meet Sarai. I bought a phone for my boyfriends daughter, who no longer needed the phone lets just say.From the beginning she was such a great associate who knew what she was talking about and made me understand what I needed and how the phone I had purchased worked. Well 2 nights in a row I had come by to return the phone and or just cancel the line. The first night metro pcs systems were down so she explained to me, can you please come back tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience. I said sure and I did. This time Sarai was busy with another customer. At that time I had the pleasure to work with Mona another associate who was well knowledgeable of my situation and what she was doing for me. My situation was so complex and complicated that I couldnt have asked for better associates they were simply exceptional thank you ladies so much you were both wonderful keep up the great work. Dina

---Store closes earlier than stated on sign--- ---people were turned away--- Bought from them before. Thought first time was an inexperienced person, nope! Came back same lies to MAKE others get add-on cost that you dont need or use. like transfer number fee and other. Why would one need that when nothing was added to phone including contacts. SCAM!!! They even were reduced from "authorized dealer" to just MeteoPCS sign. HUMMMM.

If i can choose ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I bought a charger at a metro pcs store stopped working after 1 week!!! the sales girl Refused to refund me!!! 30.00 in the toilet!!! if you get an accessory make sure its compatible before hand!!! i made the mistake not to ask and now im out 30.00!!!
