Whent into your store for cell phone case Monday at 2 PM. After looking in different places in the store for a case to fit the phone the male sales person pointed to a section on the wall. Asked several questions but left as we could see the clerk wasnt going to move off his seat behind the counter to help us.He was looking at his cell phone the entire time . I would rate your store a zero if I could. You could tell he wasnt the owner as he could have cared less if we were in the store.

Just had a fantastic experience at Wireless Paradise. The manager, Brandon Pease, was unbelievably great! I had a mobile phone emergency. After calling AT&T, Samsung, and going to Best Buy, Brandon saved the day. He took my unusable and locked-out phone and made it functional again. No one else knew how! In addition to being an expert in the field, he was extremely pleasant to interact with. I cannot recommend him and his work highly enough!
