Cette «succursale» est un stand dans lune des allées centrales du Coastland Center Mall. Jy suis allé aujourdhui, mercredi 15 février 2017, pour faire réparer la vitre de mon iPhone 5, brisée parce que je lai échappé sur le trottoir. Mon cellulaire était tout de même fonctionnel. Je suis dabord allé chez Apple : attente dune semaine avec un rendez-vous ou jattendais sur place environ une heure, tout ça au prix de 130$. Javais regardé les autres options sur Internet et Cellairis avait lair OK. Jai donc dit à Apple que jessaierais Cellairis. Bonne décision! Le jeune qui ma servi était gentil, souriant et efficace. Pour 75$ et une attente dune quinzaine de minutes, ce jeune homme a remplacé ma vitre brisée. Cétait merveilleux de le voir aller : un vrai artiste! Des gestes précis et on voyait que ce nétait pas la première fois quil faisait ce genre de réparation. On a vérifié le fonctionnement du cellulaire avant de payer et tout allait pour le mieux. Great experience! An artist, that young guy!

I went to this place in the naples mall location, ask for an iPhone6 glass replacement, then I was told to come back in 1 hour and it will be ready... so I did then I was told wait other 25min then when I come back after 25min he still not done... After 15 more minutes he turn to me and said the only screen that He has is not working for some reason and yes I got a bit upset and I told him put it back together I may didnt use the best tone but this guy gave me an attitude at this point.... He spend other 20 min to put the broken front glass back, then I move to next iPhone repair bussines great by the way, when the next persons open my iPhone his first question was how many time u had This device opened before and I said once, about 2 hours ago by the cellairis repair person, this other person say look in here u missing 4 screws, I was in shock to be honest, how much of a BAD SERVICE!!!!! Unfortunaly I dont know the name of this employe because he refuse to tell me when I ask all I can say is a afroamerican male about 510 160pounds around 25 years old and wears a pink hat.....

We had the same exact experience as Kyla Lyons, in that after two weeks the glass just cracked. Took it back and they wouldnt honor the warranty, even though it was just two weeks. Now i know theres an argument to say well i could of dropped the phone again, but i promise, im not one of lifes asses, and wouldnt be writing this review if this was the case.. This glass is substandard, and the install, i was never really happy about,. It had sharp edges around the button, and thats exactly where it failed two weeks after install. Got my money back from the Credit Card Company, and just wanted to share my experience. These guys are cowboys.

Absolutely upset with the customer service. Never ever returning if hes there. My brother was discriminated against from a guy with dark black hair and beard. He assumed my brother would not make a payment and run away, mind you my brother and I are African American. Him and I were very VERY upset and explained to the guy why we were and he had a smirk on his face while "apologizing", we had enough and payed and left.

This place is the worst place to drop of you phone nobody working for this company is professional the gentlemen that left the last comment is saying the truth becomes I was the manager and also all the good comments arent true becomes it was my job to go give stuff away so people can lie and leave positive comments dont be fooled by this people go to Naples wireless

HORRIBLE!!! WASTE OF YOUR MONEY THEY USE A CHEAP REPLACEMENT!!! LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER THEY FIXED A FEW CRACKS IN MY SCREEN I HAD AN OTTER BOX ON MY PHONE WHEN MY PHONE DROPPED LIGHTLY AND THE WHOLE SCREEN CRACKED AND THE TOP SCREEN COMPLETLEY SEPERATED FROM THE PHONE THERE IS NO WAY!!! DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Great service!! Brought my iPhone for repair and the guy was very nice and after explaining the problem he gave me a fair price to fix it. Im very happy with the results, the phone looks as it was never open or anything and obviously working perfectly again. Definitely will go back again!!
