I was looking to upgrade my phone and went into the GulfCoast T-Mobile store to get some info. Andrew was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Horrible customer service. At least 5 employees on staff and they were too busy joking around to help me. Once I was helped they couldnt figure out my issue. Dreading going back there.
