Ritchie! What a guy! I had no idea I could afford new phones for the wife and I. I had been running a Galaxy S4 since 2013, the wife had gone through two S4s and working on her S5. We had been looking at the Google Pixel phones for a while, dreaming of a day we could snag up a deal we could afford, but it seemed unobtainable. Ritchie called me out of the blue, to ask if we were interested in using our upgrade credit. I told him it didnt seem affordable. Ritchie was able to clearly explain how much upgrade credit we have, and was able to get us the most value out of old phones possible. Not only did it bring the payments for both Pixels down to very affordable levels, he also helped fine tune our account so we are no longer over paying for data we arent using. Ritchie got us some other discounts that I am not sure can apply to everybody, but he certainly went above and beyond for us. He spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions thoroughly. Pre and post meeting communication was spot on! Ive definitely got a new friend and inside man at Verizon to help me now and into the future.

Bought phones from these folks 12/08, returned the next day, did not like the phone. Store took phone back but did not update Verizons customer database properly, and now I will have to live with the phones I have, or pay retail to upgrade. Store *appears* to be Verizon corporate store, but is not. Limited sales staff makes you wait. You will not get the same sales person twice, history of your sale is forgotten once you walk out the door. Sales staff is slow and grumpy.

Upgraded 2 phones here after moving to Florida... Employee was supposedly doing my LG rebate for me... Never received anything and tried to get some way for me to do the rebate myself no help no resolutions... Never returning. Sad bc they were nice.. I contacted them after they responded and she said they would offer me $50.00 for a rebate of products of over $100.00... would much rather have the products! Ridiculous....

My wife and I were given great customer service. On Sunday Matt provided great service in answering our questions and helping us purchase the phones we bought. Today we had to finish our purchase and another Matt provided the same great service. I was planning on leaving Verizon but after my experience with the two Matts I am so happy I am still a member of the Verizon family.

I had a great experience with AJ Castro. He introduced me to HUM and I absolutely love it. AJ gave me information and showed me how to use it correctly. AJ was helpful and knowledgeable. He provided great customer service and made me thankful to be a Verizon customer.
