I had very bad experience in this shop, my husband went without a phone to work traveling because they did not accept the temporary license that he is new driver and wanted to have a better phone service, even took his residence and passport and did not serve them, just for That did not put the line, I present my license to remove the line to my name and it seems that it had no value either, discrimination is what is here. Our money also has value we are legal in this country like it or not.

Wholeheartedly recommend this shop, especially if you are fortunate to get Marc M as your salesperson. My parents had previously signed up for a package at their local Verizon store in New Hampshire, and I had some concerns as they didnt seem to understand what they were actually paying for. I also thought they had signed up for items and facilities they didnt need or could have purchased separately somewhere else at a better price. We were lucky to sit down with the very thorough and patient Marc, who we have all agreed was probably one of the best sales persons we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He didnt try to sell us anything, just explained everything they already had on their plan, clearly showing how the pricing and plans were organized, how the phones would eventually be paid off, and how they had been billed in the past. He never tried to sell us anything, but instead looked at their history and determined they were on a plan with too much data for their requirements, so he adjusted this to a less expensive package. He also went through and noticed other charges they didnt need to pay (such as caller ID) He took so much time with us, time we really appreciated as with four devices on their package, my parents really had a complicated situation. I am now assured my parents have a great value plan in place, which was tweaked extensively from the rushed agreement they were sold back in New Hampshire. Can not recommend this place enough. Marc is a real credit to the company, and looking at how the office works, I can see that the place is set up to offer a real consultative approach to sales. You may have to wait a few minutes when you arrive, but that is only because they will be giving the customers ahead of you the time and attention required to provide a great service and the assurance they are getting the best plan for their situation. Thanks again!

Please watch out for MARIA MACARENO! She "helped" me out a month ago with upgrading my device. Turns out she had no idea what she was doing. I was originally paying $44.66 for my galaxy s4. I did the free upgrade to the galaxy s6. She told me I had insurance on my old phone ($8/month) and that it would only be an extra $3/month to keep the insurance which means $11/month. When my family got their phone bill my monthly payment had increased to $11/month instead of the extra $3. Do I mind paying that, no. However I do mind the fact she told me Id only be paying an extra $3/month to keep my insurance. Turns out I never had insurance on my phone, unfortunately Im not the account holder so I had no way of verifying if she was telling me the truth or not. Im sure she realized I didnt have access to that information so she figured Id just forget about it by the time the bill came around. Im sure the other sales people in the building are good at what they do, just please avoid MARIA MACARENO at all costs! She works here on Tuesday evenings, and at another location which Ill be sure to post this same review at. Id hate to have another verizon customer lied to.

Up until last night I would have given a 5 ⭐️ Rating. After looking at my Verizon bill online, I wouldnt have even given it one⭐️ But no other way to review. Have gone there many times and was very happy. I went there to purchase a new phone. Was talked into a "special" that wouldnt cost me anything after the rebate. It was a tablet which I said I really didnt need...already have an iPad. Didnt realize that there was an activation fee that added another line to our contract (thats for 2 years) and will cost over $240 for those 2 years. Would never have wanted a number associated with a tablet. Have my smartphone. This will keep going on not only for the 2 years but keep adding time every time someone on our account updates any of there equipment. Yes it was on the paperwork but never looked for a line to be added to the tablet. And nothing was said about an extra line. SO AS THEY SAY READ EVERY WORD AND LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! Maybe you should even bring a lawyer to read the contract or take it to a lawyer before you sign! sign. They sure want you to sign & initial quickly. Felt they were trustworthy I will be stopping there tomorrow.

If you like to be ignored, this is the perfect store for you. This is a brand new store, so I figured theyd be eager to start serving their new community and start building good rapport with new and existing Verizon clients. WRONG. When I walked in there were 5 agents working. 4 were with clients and the 5th was playing with the demo phones. I spent about 10 minutes looking at a variety of phones to upgrade with my current plan. Within a few minutes of my arrival 1 of the 4 that was with a client, finished, walked by me close enough that I felt the air move, and then left the store. The entire time I was there not a single person said hi, be right with you, or even acknowledged my existence. I love Verizon, but will not give this store my business. To anyone reading this, the BEST Verizon store around is in Winter Garden Village. Its a factory store, not just an authorized sales store like this one and their customer service, problem solving skills, and attention to detail are superb. Id rather drive 16 miles to that store and get GREAT service than drive 2 miles to these jokers.

Me and my wife went there yesterday to buy a new smartphone. We were received by Andre who at the beggining was very courteous and helpful. Then he wanted us to buy accessories to the phone to get afterwards a 100 dollars Visa gift card! My wife told him on 3 occasions that we were not interested in the gift card since we would have to buy $85 dollars in accessories of the phone that we do not want to use to receive $15 dollars extra on the gift card! He raised his voice to my wife in front of other customers and even we told him that we were not interested in the gift card, he insisted and did it anyway! He configured 2 emails on the home by himself on the store, and when I arrived to my house one of the emails did not function. Several hours later my wife had to go to another Verizon store in highway 50 were after 30 minutes they were able to fix the e mail problem! I think that when one goes to buy a phone we senior citizens need better Customer Service!
