AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! My fiancé and I walk in to solve something we feel was not right on my account. We asked to speak to a manager and a guy by the name of CODY got very defensive right away since he was the one that did not do his job right in the first place. we wanted answers but right away he got into his defensive mode not even once he said he will go above and beyond to help and come up with an answer or solution... He talked down to my fiancé and kicked him out of what he calls "his store".... the point is unprofessional reps can not handle situations they can not solve. they give you the run around. Not even once he said he understood our frustration and see how he can come out with a solution..... All my friends and family have Verizon. I told every one what happened and not to go to that store. I have not even had a phone call from the manager to apologize for the situation... Advice to the store manager: Add question on the application when hiring some one "How do you handle an unhappy customer?" cause obviously they cant.. Very very unprofessional!!!! I called headquarters after that, a Representative was so professional over the phone understood our frustration and calmly responded to all our question. My finance is a business owner and I work at a professional company, we can tell right away a high class professional persons. Cody was not! So if you need help with a problem dont go there they cant handle it.. go to the Verizon on Pineridge road they know how to handle their clients and answer all their questions on a professional level.

Although my boyfriend also had a bad experience here, I decided because it was close to my home to stop in and discuss my phone options. I was talked into an LG phone because of the reviews on the product and the promotion at the time. Christian reviewed the $200 LG rebate and assured me he would complete the paperwork so this would be seamless. After 3 trips to this store; stock is an issue; I thought the transaction was completed as promised. Reviewing my receipts and paperwork I realized I had nothing in regard to the rebate. When I called Christian he was irritated I questioned him; told me he would send the paperwork and I should be patient; it could take 6 weeks. Two months later...no rebate...I again called Go Wireless and asked for a manager. I spoke to James who also was rude and questioned why I did not complete the paperwork myself. He told me they had done hundreds of these and he had never heard of a problem. Today I asked my credit card to contest the charge and also called Verizon Corporate....5th phone call to complete one transaction. I was told by Verizon they will take care of my issue. Disappointed, it almost seemed like a scam, not what I expected from a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!! This location is a pathetic excuse for an Authorized Verizon Dealer. I purchased a BOGO sale. My sale rep Matt, FAILED at MANY things (connecting 2 numbers on 1 phone?? Only insuring 1 of the 2 phones) but the most important is NOT informing me that I had to submit a form to receive my $792.00 rebate. After waiting 2 weeks after the date he wrote on my receipt with NO instructions but to wait I returned to the store. I spoke with the store manager Benji & he insured me that it was a wide error on behalf of Verizon & that I wont be penalized. FALSE! After speaking with corporate they denied my rebate even in my particular incident. After confronting Benji again he led me on a chase & after 2 weeks of waiting for him to "get back to me for some special reimbursement" I gave up & called him to tell him Ill be involving a lawyer from here on out. ONLY TILL THEN did I get cooperation from corporate NOT him (Benji) or the store! STAY AWAY FROM BENJI & MATT/THIS STORE, they are not trained & not for the best interest of the customer. A horrible experience at the least. Only gaving this a 1 star because there is not a 0 star option or negative at that.

If I could give Larissa more than 5 stars I would!! She is the epitome of what customer service should be but often isnt. Had a problem with my phone in NY the night before I was coming down to our condo in Naples. Long story short -- had to pay off the contract and get a new phone (Galaxy 8S). My old phone would not start up but was able to download everything from the Verizon cloud except my contacts did not download. She was able to download my contacts (for some reason the cloud was turned off for contacts) and she noticed that. When she turned it on all my contacts downloaded. Anyone who has lost their contacts can appreciate how important this was! Even though I was not making a purchase, she took the time to look into and solved my problem and explained a few things to me, checked and saw that I was due a tablet and set it up for me, backed up my phone data to it, gave me credit for tbe broken phone and I made purchases with the credit for useful items. I see great things in Larissas future! Her work ethic, and knowledge will take her far. She is an asset to Verizon and hope her employer realizes what an excptionsl employee they have!

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received at Verizon Wireless City! Both Nixon and Drew were ever so accommodating and pleasant! I was in Naples on a medical emergency of a loved one when I lost my cell phone! I was flustered and hurried, and am grateful to Nixon for his understanding and patience. He carefully listened to my needs, and efficiently helped me pick out a new phone. He was respectful and pleasant. A few days later I emailed him with some questions about the use of the new smart phone, and he promptly replied with helpful information. A couple of weeks later, after I had returned to my home state, I called the store with more questions - Nixon was not there so I spoke with Drew (he told me Nixon usually works at the Coastland Mall store). Drew was also very pleasant, respectful and accommodating. I absolutely recommend Nixon (usually at the Coastland Mall store) or Drew at the 2100 Tamiami Trail E store.

Felt a little shady. Had a rebate on my account, used it towards an otter box. They didnt have one in store, said it would be delivered to my house. After 3 weeks and no delivery, I went into store to inquire and they told me based what was written on my receipt.... The otter box had to have been purchased and taken out of the store. The manager told me to go home and check and see if the otter box was in my bag, from the phone upgrade. I left the store with an uneasy feeling of the employees thinking either A. I was a crook and was trying to scam them for a free otter box. Or B. I was so dumb I probably didnt check my bag to see if there was a big otter box inside. I would like to think someone just made an error in the computer, but I honestly have no clue. Since it wasnt my actual money, and just a rebate, I figured it wasnt worth the hassle of going back to argue, and I just ended up buying one on Amazon. Thanks guys.
