Expo wireless are thiefs. My son dropped his iPhone inside the store and the owner nephew lied and said he didnt pick it up so I had to wait until the next day to speak to the owner. Which he kept telling me that he was going to play the camera back so give him 20 minutes and call back. I gave him four hours and he still didnt look at the camera. I waited two more hours and he didnt answer the phone. So when I got off work I went back to the store. He wasnt even there. I waited a hour before he got back to the store and he still didnt look over the camera. So the next morning me and my boyfriend went up to the store and he was still closed at eleven when he up at ten. So I stayed in the area until noon when he arrive to the store. He played the the camera back but wouldnt let me see it. Three days later I sent my best friend in the store to switch her phone over and to check out so iPhones. When she look at there iphones she notice my son phone which was in a display case. She asked him how much and he told her that it was locked. Stupid we know the phone with the long scratch on the back. Sad that yall would steal from a kid. Trying to make quick money

My expirence with expo was the best when it came to my iPhone that I just bought very nice perfect prices I would suggest to 100%go their during Christmas time so if anyone wants a phone or a phone fixed head down to expo cause they know what their doing so who ever is saying the owner is a theif hes not I have known him for years so your a theif for calling the owner that you should be very a shamed of your self the owner and the employes try so hard to make the customers happy and you say hes a theif if he was a theif the cops would get him by now hes not a theif okayyyy this is the best cell phone store in Ohio my opinion

Absolutely terrible. Tom is a THIEF AND VERY DECEPTIVE SALESPERSON. WE TRIED TO RETURN OUR ALREADY DAMAGED PHONE TO HIM AND WE WERE TOLD NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. NEVER!!!!
