I recently purchased an HTC one m8 online and took it to another Verizon first , big mistake, and they did a poor activation job and I couldnt send it receive calls, so today I went to broadview road Verizon authorized retailer location and was amazingly helped by the store manager Tiffany, she activated and had my HTC working fully in less time it took me to drive out here. Without her help Id still be stuck so Id like to thank personally Tiffany Kaufman store manager for assisting me so greatly today. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in need of perfect assistance .

I just got home & this is my 2nd AWESOME experience with this store. I worked directly with the store manager BOB & he was so pleasant & professional. He got me set up with a new smartphone & explained the entire process & was very patient with me. I NEVER got service anywhere near this good at a corporate Verizon store. Bob took the time to listen to my needs & never pressured me to buy something I did not want. As a woman, that means a lot to me. I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S7 & I cant wait to play with it. Thanks again. You guys are great!!!

I hate going to Verizon stores they try to push everything you dont want on you so they can make a sale. But I was in the store last night and Joshua was helping us out. And he was awesome! He knew so much and went above and beyond for us and the other people in the store. He didnt have to take his time with us and explain everything like 5 times, while i had a hard time making up my mind, but he did! This Will be the only one I go to from now on. Thanks Josh!

The store manager Joshua is great. He was very helpful, informative, and did pressure ua with sales. He stayed with us until 9 PM to finish up our order and perform extra tasks like transferring contacts and pictures to my wifes new phone. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
