My daughter and I was in your store the evening of Tuesday, April 14, 2015. We walked in and was not greeted by anyone. We looked around the store for eyebrow filler. Using your testers, my daughter found a color she liked, but you were out of stock. She had to go find someone to help her. The associate gathered some eyebrow samples and started to show my daughter the application process. After doing one eyebrow, the associate went to answer the phone and was gone for 5-10 minutes. My daughter felt abandoned! The store was not busy and we were not sure what was going on. I proceeded to look for the associate, who I found at the register talking to another associate. They seemed to be looking up stuff on the register. We waited a few more minutes, then left because we were being ignored! We have shopped at Sephora many times and this is the first time we had been treated so poorly.

I strongly recommend anyone against ordering from Sephora online. They have terrible delivery and cancellation terms. I ordered a mothers day gift from the site, they cancelled the order without notification and werent willing to do anything to expedite shipping once the error was spotted. Customer service refused to put a manager on the phone. The most laughable part is that their 1 day shipping ($17) takes 5 days. Stick to Amazon folks, they will get your packages to you in 48 hours.

Theres nothing wrong with this sephora. Its inside a department store in a mall. Clearly you wont get the attention of a regular sephora because it isnt a stand alone shop. The person i had helping me was knowledgeable on the product and while the variety of products leaves something to be desired they have everything that i wanted in my correct shade. Id rather shop here than drive 50 miles to coconut point!

Id rather shop at Ulta! The customer service is awful unless you are already at the checkout counter. They are speedy with returns and exchanges. However, I rarely get help away from the counter! I have found the same experience with most retail establishments within this shopping facility and will NOT be returning to shop anytime soon.

One employee kept following me around Sephora because I was looking to see in the package if what I was going to buy wasnt switched with the tester they have out because they always have there abh eyebrow pencil display messed up, so annoying. The Sephora in Port Charlotte is way better!

The staff makes up for the small store and location. Candice is a doll and was extremely helpful. She listened and guided me to some really great skin products that I love. She also suggested some other items and provided me with samples.
