I dont remember his name but when I wanted to buy my first vaporizer...he was very patient and very helpful in choosing one...me being me was about to buy one that was around $250 before taxes he was like for $100 less u can get this one which in his opinion the better one because its easy to use also it plugs into my lighter in my car and has 2 chambers one he said I can use for my "tobacco" the other chamber I can put in incense and if I need to clear my vehicle out real quick just switch the chamber and all u smell is incense and u cant taste it when smoking!!! Plus it came with storage bag that stores whatever you vapped...up to 30days!!! #winning
