Unless your white, I wouldnt go here. Very bad service. One of their employees (white female with blonde hair) very distastefully let my fiance know that they didnt have anything for her skin color which is darker than white for sure. ULTA is way way way more helpful and professional. The girl might as well have said "we dont carry anything for you blacks" the way the message was delivered as per her tone, facial look and body mannerisms. They can keep their racist undertones and service!

Ive been waiting to purchase the Modern Renaissance Palette for 3 weeks now, theyve always "just run out" even though the display has clearly not been touched. Several other products are never in stock when I go either, I usually have to resort to ordering online. The samples are either missing or smashed and dirty, and the shelves are very dusty. The staff is nice but its almost not worth even going in anymore, I know what I want wont be in stock.
