I called creations unlimited to find out the store hours and made an appointment to come in and try on dresses, when I got there the owner was so unbelievably rude, she was making fun of a girl that just left and complaining that the that just left tried on too many dresses and now she had to put them all back. She was so distracted and told me she would give me as much time as possible but that she was really busy and had to do alterations for an entire wedding party, which is why I made an appointment so she would have time. She also didnt want me looking at any dresses so I told her what I was looking for and she picked out 3 for me to try on. I went in the dressing room and she was being so rude talking to another lady that worked there saying how this is why she hated people looking at dressing and trying them on now the entire store is a mess and needs reorganizing. I was so disgusted with her rude attitude and lack of customer service that I didnt try anything on and I didnt say anything to her I just walked out. I would never go back there and I would never recommend that place, her bad attitude and the way she treats customers is going to put her out of business.

Im so glad I stumbled into creations unlimited one afternoon. I had a great experience working with lissa. Not only did she make everything custom for me, but she did it from afar. Through emailed ideas and images she made fantastic fly fishing inspired boutteniers for the men, corsages for the ladies and hair pieces for myself and my bridesmaids. On top of that I found my awesome bridal jewelry and my moms gorgeous vintage outfit at her shop. I cant wait to work with lissa again for another event!

Ive been working with Lissa for a few months now on my wedding dress. Shes also redoing my mothers veil and making me an adorable handbag with my mothers lace from her wedding dress. Shes been a complete pleasure to work with! Planning a wedding can be quite stressful but some of my happiest moments and Im sure they will become some of my best memories of wedding planning have been with Lissa at her lovely shop working on my dress! I was treated like I should have never walked into the store. I had 45min before someones appt started and was in a dressing room being yelled at by the owner that she only has two fitting rooms and to basically leave. She also was calling a brides gown stupid in front of her. I will never come back for this reason. No bride should be treated like shes unimportant when she is a paying customer.
