If I could give a zero, I would have. Customer service doesnt deserve a star. I called yesterday to make an appointment to put on the false eyelashes I bought from Sephora. They told me that I did not need to make an appointment, just to show up with the receipt. I arrived today at 10:02am. There were four people working in there and no customers in the store. The make-up specialist placed the eyelashes and I said, I have a wedding to go to today can you put some make-up, please. And, she said, I could do a mini makeover which is just eye shadow as you needed to make an appointment. I kept quiet and at the same time thinking theres no one here. Then, after she finished with the eye shadow, she said, I am doing more than I am supposed to do because you dont have an appointment and needed to spend $50. I spent more than that as I bought a Lipstick costing $30 and Bb hair powder costing $36. So, the situation was caused by the fact that I did not make an appointment. I ended up roaming the store and got myself foundation and concealer samples while the manager and the make-up specialist were talking about the color of their hair. As I was placing the foundation with my finger, the cashier came and gave me a sponge. And, I told her I cannot believe that she couldnt complete the make-up. And, she did not say a word. I understand they have to follow the rules but if there is no appointment or a crowd in line waiting for make-up, then, I dont see why not to bend the rules to give a service to the only customer in the store. No wonder why this store has a bad customer relationship reputation.

I would not step foot in this racist store. They think the whole world is going to steal something out of there. They have undercover shoppers who seem to think they are the police. Just make sure you have your money or credit card in your hand when you step foot thru the door, because nobody wants to shop under pressure.
