My father was customer of Ambers for approximately 2 years before he was diagnosed with cancer which ultimately led to the loss of his hair. In the last couple of days of his life my siblings and I returned home to Spartanburg. My brother was in desperate need of a haircut and we knew we would be planning my fathers funeral in the next day or so. I called Blossom and spoke directly with Amber. I explained the situation, specifically telling her that my father was about to pass away and asking her to please make time in her schedule to give my brother a quick trim so that he could look nice at our fathers funeral. She refused. We ended up going to another salon in town where the stylist had a jammed schedule and was kind enough to stay a little bit later to help us out. Some people do the right thing, some people dont.
