This store doesnt stand behind its ridiculously priced products. Simple as that. I spent $100 on a pair of shoes for a wedding, wore them for maybe 2-3 hours, and when I took them off the lining of the footbed was beginning to peel away from the shoe. I have to drive an hour to get there, so I called to see what they could do for me, and the answer: Nothing. They wont replace them, send them out for repair, give me even a partial refund or a credit, nothing. The girl I spoke with acted like it was unheard of for a small company to stand behind its products in any of the ways mentioned above, but Ive worked for a jewelry kiosk before, and when a customers $200 necklace broke right after she bought it, we either replaced it or fixed it. Thats just good customer service - Something the Rose Tree Boutique in the Huntington Mall is severely lacking.

Very helpful staff from the first time my daughter found her prom dress, trying it on, helped with fitting, found accessories and shoes, and the alterations!! We love it that theres no other dress like hers and the fact we could lay it away for a few months was a plus!! Staff is friendly and helpful every time weve been in the store or calling the store with questions. Thanks Rose Tree for being so accommodating!!

Love, Love, Love this store. Although I live in the Charleston area, when Im shopping for something special or of upper quality, I make it a point to visit the Rose Tree Boutique, and have never been disappointed in the selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes or the service provided to me from their staff. This store has my rating of "The Best" in the ti-state!!

RIP OFF Do not go to this place they will charge you on going hidden fees that are not disclosed and will draw money out of your checking accounts without permission. The service is terrible.
