If your all about the skate culture then this just seems like a big corporate $tore... No one really interested in skate/surf but definitely interested In selling you a bad combination of parts to slap on your board. Ended my visit disappointed because I felt like the questions I needed answered were to boring for the teenager behind the counter. I ended up buying only what I had to at this store and drove about 10 min north to another shop where I got excellent service an questions answered buy a mature professional of the sport. Wont be going back to BC unless its and absolute last resort! 1 star for being a nice full size store and another star for being well staffed (just uneducated in the skate/surf dept)

Took one week after I placed an order for a rash-guard for them to tell me it was out of stock. A week later I found some shirts I liked and they were the only website that carried them. I thought I would give them another try. This time I called to make sure it was in stock and was told it was. A week later I received the shirts and they were the wrong style. I called and they said that the company doesnt make this style any longer and that they were once again out of stock. Waste of time... I would recommend going to the store instead of purchasing online.

Stopped to see a buddy on a trip from Cali to the Caribbean and bought a board there for the trip (saved some $ on the boardbag fee from CA to FL). The place had that real corporate feel to it, you know like kinda impersonal or something. The sales guys were kind of a joke. A bit too much eggy for some guys who really dont know much about surfing. I mean the place is in Ft. Lauderdale. Not really any waves down there at all you know. Kinda poser like but with that charger mentality. Strange. Gotta decent deal on the stick but overall not my kind of shop.

As soon as I walked into bcs HUGE surfboard section, a guy named Mario was at my assistance right away. He helped me step by step to get a board by discussing my riding style to get me the best board for the job, to getting the perfect travel bag that I needed. I was really happy with how everything went. When I went on their site a couple weeks ago to check out some skateboards, and I saw that they have their own custom decks. I decided to try one out, and im still stoked on the performance and condition its in.

This is a great store. Theyre locally owned and whomever does their buying is really good at it. This store has a huge variety of clothing and footwear. If you need a new bathing costume, as they say in Old England, this is the place. The folks there are into what they do, and will help you find the right things. Im not a skater, but it looks like they have anything you could want in the way of boards, wheels and other skatey stuff. Seriously, this place is great.

I can not believe how many boardshorts they stock. I have been looking for a pair of boardshorts for my husband and have been to countless stores in the mall and other surf shops with little selection, when I came into BC Surf & Sport I saw a selection of baggies or bathing suits that was almost overwhelming. BC Surf & Sport has the best surf and skateboard selection I have ever seen, with a great staff.

I brought my son here to get a new helmet and pads, as he is learning to skateboard, and we had a great experience. The staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful; willing to answer any questions we had. One of the saleswomen even commented about how cool he looked when he was trying on hats, which absolutely made his day. We both loved it here and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Went into BC Surf and Sport in Boulder with my son to get all new snowboard gear. We did not really know what would be the best choices but Tim at the store was amazing. He even suggested a couple of items that were less expensive than what we were looking at. We were very impressed with the attention and good advice we received. Highly recommend this shop. Amazing store with great staff. Mario D. helped me solve an issue I was having with fitting a center fin I had purchased. Needless to say, the one I bought simply didnt fit. He took the time to find me exactly what I needed to get me on the water. Only place Ill be shopping from now on.

A true locals shop. All the staff was extremely helpful and the inventory was much better compared to other shops. Their new hanging surf section is packed with boards for every surfer and wave out there. Definitely the best shop in the Lauderdale area.

Went there Saturday around 6pm to get a sector. Staff really helpful and understanding. I say they all get a raise, especially the dude who was at the register. I will definitely be going back whenever I need anything. Thank you BC

Wonderful customer service! I ordered an item from this store through Amazon and there was an error. I called the store and the salesperson was super nice! Three days later, I received a replacement plus two extras!
