I came in with a general question about my experience with sneakers and how, regardless of brand, I always get blisters on the back of my right ankle. I didnt know if they could help me or not, but I had just bought shoes from them a couple months before and thought it was worth a try. Their staff was extremely helpful in examining my shoes, my walk and understanding the problem. They were very knowledgeable about potential solutions and even gave me a free pad for inside my right sneaker. I was very impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend their brand and service at this store.

Their return policy has it that you cant wear the shoes outdoors before returning shoes. I went on one run and found out that my shoes were too big.
