This place is AWFUL. The store might have some ok products, but the customer service is so terrible that I would never shop here again even if it was half price (which its not). They required a payment in full for items that were promised in store the next day, it is now a week and 4 visits later and I do not have my merchandise. Furthermore, all of my attempts to speak to the general manager have been fruitless. He does not return calls, emails, or personal visits. I honestly feel he is hiding in the store when we come in in order to avoid dealing with the situation. Every employee tells their own story of where and why our merchadise is and none of them are the same. We have been lied to, hung up on, and disrespected; this is no way to treat your customers. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

Great stuff, horrible customer service. Brought some cabinet handles from them. I brought to much for my kitchen remodel, and they would not return the extras handles, even With a $700 purchase I thought they would at least return the extra handles. Never going back. I rather go to home depot next time. They return items with no hassles
