I picked up several 1" fittings and picked up a 1" x2 from a rack costing $2.16. I went to the self check out to pay. My last item to scan was the ofc pipe. It did not have a scan code. I tried to get the attention of the clerk that was talking to another employee. After walking over to her and showing her that the pipe didnt have a code. She went to her computer and was looking for the price. I told her that it was only 2ft and the cost was $2.16. She nodded and continued looking. She went to phone and called for someone in that dept. After waiting for 5 min. I told her that I would walk back to the dept and get another on. In that same isle I passed a employee and said to him that the from had been calling him. He looked at me but didnt respond. I went back to the front and paid. I told her of the employee. She said, Have a nice day........

Prices and selection very good. Salesfloor attendants helpful and personable. Met the manager once, he was quite friendly. Sometimes the store is packed with customers, but check out, key making, returns etc seem to operate smoothly. Only had one problem there - had to return an item and cashier insisted it had been installed (wasnt and didnt even appear so), and she was more interested in talking with her friend.

Terrible customer service. Sent me an online survey for my online purchase to pick up and it was a two question survey of nothing. So Im putting my survey on here. Ordered online and they took over 6 hours and they still didnt have ready. Had to find myself and they still couldnt figure out how to process. All i hear from everyone I talk to is to go to Lowes. Guess I should have listened.

We went in today and got absolutely the best, most knowledgeable service from Mike. (probably in his mid 50s silver hair, in case u have more than one Mike). Shout out to Home Depot for having him, thats the kind of service I expect! And thanks for being so sweet to our 3yr old and making her part of the experience!!

My experience sucked i got overcharged on my credit card and because of the way their system is they could not put the money back on the credit card. I was told I can call a 1-800 number for their corporate line to get it fixed I will never stop at Home Depot again

If they didnt have some fabulously priced garden pots, I would never shop in this store. It is impossible to get any help - especially in the garden department where there are really heavy objects. Everyone in the store is very nice but not very knowledgeable.

friendly staff fast checkout. pvc selection is not very wide. for more diversity visit turners or north south supply. also, plastic c clips are found with the conduit not with the pvc

Ive been to many Home Depots and this one is well maintained and has good service. There are many places to eat and shop in the area, so it is very convenient when shopping.
