Im just step out the store at Hialeah. Never I have been trading in worst way in my whole life, My Histoy: the day 3/18/2017 Im buy grinder when in get home I noted this machine was used, I call the store they just say, bring back and give my money back. Im just did to day. ( 3/25/2017) Yes they give the money back But the super maneger never explain what happen with this iron that I buy as e new and was used, He refuse to give any comment I send me in terrible way. If you wan your mony back go all the way back to the line. The main point how is not the $, is not explain what happen they give and use grinder if I pain for a new?

I used to love this store then it all went horrible they never have anything in stock the employees are always hiding in corners on their phone and dont want to help you the line is always 15-20 people long they dont ask for phone numbers and my merchandise for warranty reason cant be found the manager or store owner really needs to clean this place up I know my family and friends all go to the location off 27th because its always quick the employees are better and they have great inventory its further but I rather drive 10 min more then wait over 20 min in line for one register

I am very picky with stores and i was not expecting the kind of service i got here. Keep in mind that most of the tools here are "Home Project" quality, to be used once in a while, dont expect industrial strenght tools here.

If you looking for tools at a very low price this is place to come they offer those tools and they also have good policy for returning you put a lot of specials every week so you have to pay attention to their specials

Extremely low prices (specially w/ coupons), pretty extensive selection, the cashiers are nice. My only knocks are waiting too long in line and the lack of diversity amongst the folks who work there.

I love the products but between the long wait lines to pay (over 25-35 minute) and the lack of service. I stay away from this place. I can never get my questions answered and I can never get help.

The service over the phone is horrible. They barely speak English. All i asked were the store hours and they kept me on the phone for 15 minutes till there manager "Manny" had to get on...
