Last week Tom "ordered" a part in for me from another store. The part never arrived. Tom does his job in a way that makes the customer think they are seriously incoviencing him. He was supposed to have reordered it for me and I doubt that has happend(again its been days and he cant even give me the tracking number to see if its been sent yet). I honestly believe he must be related to the owner ...or Tom would be jobless giving this type of customer servics.
